Mobile App UI Tester

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mobile App UI Tester to join our team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of mobile application functionality and user interface design, ensuring our apps meet the highest standards of usability and performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing and automated testing frameworks for mobile applications.
• Contribute to the development of a high-quality mobile user interface.
• Provide detailed reports on test results and suggestions for enhancements.
• Support the product team in launching new features and improvements.
• Analyze user feedback to inform future updates and iterations.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure applications handle various loads effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Participate in post-release testing to validate that issues are resolved.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Software Engineering or Information Technology
• Additional certifications in UI/UX testing preferred

Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in QA testing specifically for mobile apps.
