Job Description

We are searching for a dedicated Healthcare Administrator who will handle the essential administrative tasks that keep our healthcare facility running smoothly. You will manage patient information systems, oversee daily operations, and work to improve healthcare service delivery, ensuring we maintain our high standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Direct administrative services in a healthcare environment.
  • Assist in the improvement of workflow processes for enhanced service delivery.
  • Prepare and present reports on operational effectiveness.
  • Engage with patients to resolve complaints and inquiries.
  • Evaluate the performance of administrative processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss updates and challenges.
  • Maintain compliance with patient privacy laws and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior administrative staff.
  • Manage inventory of office supplies and medical equipment.
  • Collaborate with external service providers for necessary support.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with healthcare focus
  • Master's degree in Health Services Management is advantageous
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in administrative roles within healthcare settings
