Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Associate to join our innovative research team in Johannesburg. This role involves overseeing clinical trials, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for advancing medical research.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage clinical trials from initiation to closeout.
• Execute study protocols and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collect, analyze, and report clinical trial data.
• Work with investigators and site staff to facilitate the trial process.
• Ensure that all clinical documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor study progress.
• Be responsible for patient recruitment and retention efforts.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders including sponsors and regulatory bodies.
• Provide training and support to site staff regarding protocols and procedures.
• Generate and maintain study-related documentation and reports.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in clinical research
