Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescribed medications and monitor patient outcomes.
  • Provide pharmaceutical care and education to patients and caregivers.
  • Review medication orders for contraindications and allergies.
  • Participate in pharmacy staff meetings and contribute to service improvement.
  • Develop patient care plans alongside other healthcare providers.
  • Assist patients with medication management systems.
  • Help resolve medication-related problems in a timely manner.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a community pharmacy
