Job Description

We are currently seeking a passionate Healthcare Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our healthcare facilities in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient administrative processes while coordinating patient care services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of healthcare appointments.
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA.
  • Develop and maintain systems for patient record management.
  • Assist the clinical team in providing the highest quality patient care.
  • Liaise with insurance companies regarding claims and reimbursements.
  • Prepare reports on operational statistics and performance metrics.
  • Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Assist in the development of strategic operational plans.
  • Ensure the facility meets health and safety standards.
  • Participate in patient care meetings and contribute to improvement plans.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in healthcare administration
