Job Description

As a Technical Writer at Tech Innovations Inc., you will be responsible for developing and maintaining technical documentation for our software. You will collaborate with software engineers and product managers to produce user manuals, API documentation, and online help systems that enhance user understanding and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for various software products.
• Identify gaps in documentation and collaborate with subject matter experts to fill them.
• Gather and incorporate feedback from end-users to enhance documentation quality.
• Ensure all technical documentation is accessible and user-friendly.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to keep documentation relevant.

• Train other team members on effective documentation practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication or a similar field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in technical writing or documentation
