Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Industrial Engineer to join our talented team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process optimization, quality improvement, and project management. You'll be responsible for designing efficient systems that enhance productivity and reduce costs.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess production schedules and staffing needs.
• Work with IT to enhance automation in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure operational alignment.
• Analyze production and operational data for better decision-making.
• Participate in the development and execution of training programs.
• Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts related to engineering projects.
• Identify safety risks and recommend improvements.
• Present findings and proposals to senior management.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering
