Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize industrial engineering techniques to optimize workflow and productivity.
• Collaborate with production teams to design more efficient manufacturing systems.
• Prepare cost analysis to evaluate the financial implications of proposed changes.
• Lead process improvement projects to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to engineering processes and standards.
• Train team members on best engineering practices and methodologies.
• Conduct feasibility studies and tests for new production processes.
• Monitor project progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure product standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (Pr.Eng) certification preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in industrial engineering
