Responsibilities
Operate core winding machines and ensure optimal machine performance.
Regularly inspect machinery for signs of wear and initiate repairs as needed.
Document all production outputs and maintenance activities.
Work closely with quality assurance teams to uphold production standards.
Promote a culture of safety and compliance within the production area.
Oversee the loading/unloading of materials for core production.
Help implement process improvements for efficiency and product quality.
Contribute to team meetings and report any production issues effectively.
Requirements
Education
Matric certificate or equivalent
Technical diploma in mechanical or electrical engineering is advantageous
Experience
At least 3 years experience operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.
