Responsibilities

  • Assist in system maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Prepare reports on support activities and suggest improvements.
  • Foster a positive support environment, enhancing client relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff for customer support.
  • Provide feedback to management on major issues facing customers.
  • Work towards achieving service level agreements (SLAs).
