Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Customer Success Manager in Cape Town. Your primary focus will be to enhance customer satisfaction, improve retention rates, and act as a liaison between customers and the internal teams, ensuring that feedback translates into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and act as their primary point of contact.
  • Understand customer needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Facilitate onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and discuss feature requests.
  • Design and implement retention strategies to reduce churn rates.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers and provide reports on progress.
  • Train customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Analyze data to improve customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Organize customer success webinars and workshops.
  • Work closely with sales to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in customer success, account management, or related field
