Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and ensure project delivery on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material acquisition.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Train and mentor junior staff and site personnel.
  • Manage subcontractor performance to ensure quality work.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Construction Management or related
  • Master's degree in Construction Management is preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in construction management
