Responsibilities

• Design and draft plans for residential, commercial, and public building projects.
• Adapt and modify designs according to client needs and budget constraints.
• Coordinate with local authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.
• Facilitate communication between all project stakeholders.
• Assist in the selection of materials and furnishings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Experience

• 5+ years in architectural design preferred
