Responsibilities

• Lead the structural design for multiple projects simultaneously.
• Negotiate with clients to ensure alignment on project specifications.
• Ensure all designs are cost-effective yet exceed client expectations.
• Maintain regular communication with construction teams to clarify instructions.
• Facilitate workshops to integrate advanced structural methodologies.
• Document and assess performance post-completion of each project.
• Promote safety best practices within engineering teams.
• Integrate sustainable practices in design for environmental impact reduction.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5 years of design and analysis experience

Technical Skills

• Reinforced Concrete Design
• Steel Frame Design

Soft Skills

• Team Leadership
• Negotiation Skills

Certifications

• Structural Engineering Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with BIM software: Familiarity with tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD.
• Advanced Coding Skills: Proficiency in programming for automated structural analysis.
