We are looking for a skilled Heating, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Mechanic to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair various refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Provide comprehensive documentation of repairs and maintenance work.
• Work collaboratively with fellow technicians and management to improve service delivery.
• Educate clients about proper usage and care of their HVAC systems.
• Lead initiatives to improve processes and service efficiency.
• Follow up with clients post-service to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in the development of training materials for junior staff.
• Engage in team-building and company culture activities.
• Assist with the preparation of estimates and proposals for new installations.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Test Certificate in Refrigeration or equivalent
• Further qualifications in HVAC systems are a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years' experience in heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration mechanics
