Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Precision Grinder responsible for operating grinding machines to fabricate and finish mechanical components. This role requires strict adherence to specifications and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate grinding machines for optimum performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machining issues promptly.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety practices.
• Utilize CAD software for design adjustments as necessary.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Technical diploma in Precision Machining or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years experience with CNC grinding machines preferred.
