Job Description

Join our dynamic mental health team as a Mental Health Counselor in Stellenbosch! You will be responsible for delivering individual and group therapy, conducting psychological evaluations, and collaborating with other professionals to enhance client care. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills and a commitment to promoting mental well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans based on client assessments.
  • Provide therapeutic support using various counseling techniques.
  • Monitor and report on clients' progress throughout treatment.
  • Engage with community resources to enhance client care.
  • Follow up with clients post-treatment to ensure ongoing support.
  • Support the mental health awareness campaigns within the community.
  • Conduct outreach programs to connect with potential clients.
  • Educate clients on mental health issues and coping strategies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting
