Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from initiation to closure in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate project kickoff meetings and define roles and responsibilities.
• Coordinate and manage project team activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure project documentation is complete and maintained.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and promote knowledge sharing.
• Assist in training and onboarding of project team members.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Project Management or relevant discipline

Experience

• 5+ years of project management experience in a technology environment

Technical Skills

• Agile Methodologies
• Budget Management

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Negotiation

Certifications

• Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies: Knowledge of different project management methodologies to adapt to project needs.
