Job Description

As a Grounds Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas. Key duties will include landscaping, gardening, and the upkeep of grounds, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing landscape designs.
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Participate in training and development sessions to enhance skills.
• Engage with clients during site visits, addressing their needs and concerns.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in landscaping or horticulture preferred

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or similar roles

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Basic
