Responsibilities

• Ensure all boats are securely docked and safety protocols are followed.
• Support the marina team with various administrative tasks.
• Assist in training new staff members when necessary.
• Conduct regular inspections of marina facilities.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall marina operations.
• Manage reservation systems for vessels and equipment.
• Engage with clients to promote marina services and amenities.

Requirements

Education

• Matric/High School Diploma
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in marine management or related field are advantageous.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
