We are seeking enthusiastic Amusement and Recreation Attendants to join our team at Thrill Rides Entertainment. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of rides and equipment to ensure operational safety.
Interact with guests to create a friendly and welcoming environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Support the setup and breakdown of event activities and rides.
Assist with training new staff on safety protocols and customer service best practices.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule routine maintenance for rides.
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance improvements and guest feedback.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Previous experience in customer service preferred but not required.

Valid First Aid and CPR certification
Languages
English: Fluent
Afrikaans: Basic
