Responsibilities

• Lead projects from conception through completion while ensuring technical quality.
• Research and implement innovative electrical solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers.
• Evaluate and select components and suppliers.
• Participate in project planning and scheduling.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering roles
