Responsibilities

• Innovate architectural solutions for complex design challenges.
• Ensure all designs meet local building codes and standards.
• Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for project proposals and presentations.
• Document all phases of project development.
• Mentor junior architects and interns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related discipline
• Master's degree in Sustainable Architecture is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in architectural project management

Technical Skills

• AutoCAD
• 3D Rendering Software
• Building Code Knowledge

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Sustainable Building Advisor (SBA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in BIM Software: Experience with Building Information Modeling software for project efficiency.
