Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Climate Change Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. In this role, you will analyze data related to climate change, develop strategies to mitigate its impact, and help implement sustainability initiatives across various sectors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze climate change data and assess potential impacts on various sectors.
• Assist in the development of climate action plans for local governments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Prepare and present technical reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in climate science.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on climate awareness.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Climate Studies, or related field
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in climate change research or policy analysis
