Responsibilities

• Design innovative test strategies to maximize efficiency.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing coverage.
• Communicate defects and issues clearly to appropriate teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance best practices.
• Lead training sessions for new team members regarding testing protocols.
• Analyze testing outcomes to identify trends and areas for focus.
• Prepare and present testing findings to stakeholders.
• Contribute to team's knowledge base with new insights or techniques.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Master's degree is desirable

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance

Technical Skills

• Regression Testing
• Performance Testing

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Certified Software Tester (CSTE)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of security testing: Experience in identifying security vulnerabilities in software.
• Experience in mobile application testing: Understanding of testing processes for mobile applications.
