Job Description

As an Environmental Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and implementing environmentally responsible solutions. Your role will involve assessing project impacts and developing strategies to mitigate environmental risks. Ideal candidates should be passionate about sustainability, have strong analytical skills, and be able to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential environmental risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with project managers to integrate environmental considerations into project plans.
• Lead workshops and training on sustainability practices.
• Monitor project impact and recommend adjustments as necessary.
• Collaborate with other engineers and scientists on interdisciplinary projects.
• Foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies and NGOs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master's degree in Environmental Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5 years of experience in environmental consulting or engineering

Technical Skills

• Sustainability assessments
• Technical report writing

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills
• Negotiation skills

Certifications

• Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)
• Certified Environmental Professional (CEP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
