Job Description

As a Solar Energy Systems Engineer, you will design, develop, and implement solar energy systems, overseeing projects from conception to completion. Your expertise will help in enhancing our green technology initiatives and contributing to sustainable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design phase of solar installations, ensuring suitability and efficiency.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to streamline project workflows.
• Evaluate project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely completion of projects with adherence to budget.
• Conduct training sessions for junior engineers and interns.
• Implement best practices for project management and quality assurance.
• Act as a liaison between clients and technical teams throughout projects.
• Track and report on project progress, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify opportunities for energy efficiency within projects.
• Support sales teams in providing technical expertise to potential clients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy or a related field
• Master's degree in relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in project management and solar systems design.
