Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates in various job positions. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential candidates through effective networking and outreach efforts.
  • Assess candidates' skills and experience to match them with appropriate job roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between clients and candidates.
  • Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Generate reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

Requirements

Experience
  • Experience in a specific sector (IT, Engineering, etc.) is preferred
