Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and drive employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR policies, recruitment, and talent management.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the HR strategy to ensure high levels of employee retention.
  • Analyze HR metrics to develop actionable insights for management.
  • Coordinate employee wellness programs to foster a healthy work environment.
  • Organize team-building activities to improve collaboration.
  • Lead diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.
  • Establish a clear communication channel for employee feedback.
  • Review and refine HR policies to ensure they reflect current best practices.
  • Act as a point of contact for all employee relations issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR would be advantageous
Experience
  • 5-7 years of comprehensive HR management experience
