Dynamic Designs Ltd. is looking for a creative Architect to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will conceptualize and design spaces that resonate with our clients. You will lead projects from preliminary discussions through final approvals — ensuring each project meets both environmental and aesthetic criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and improve design strategies.
• Design within the project budgetary constraints.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Review and approve technical drawings.
• Conduct competitor analysis for innovative ideas.
• Support marketing efforts through design-related representation.
• Adapt architectural practices in line with current legislation.
• Engage with community stakeholders regarding designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Master's degree in Urban Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture design

Technical Skills

• Building Codes Knowledge
• Landscape Design Skills

Soft Skills

• Negotiation Skills
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• ARB Registration
• RIBA Membership

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in BIM technology: Hands-on experience using Building Information Modeling for efficient project management.
