Job Description

We are on the lookout for an IT Solutions Specialist to join our Durban team. This role primarily focuses on developing technology solutions that meet client needs while providing excellent technical support. You will be working closely with clients to understand their IT requirements and offering tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute technology strategies to address client needs.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for IT solutions.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on IT advancements.
  • Assess and optimize client IT infrastructure for efficiency.
  • Create and manage service level agreements (SLAs) with clients.
  • Deliver presentations on technology solutions to stakeholders.
  • Guide clients in implementing and learning new IT systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Document IT processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new IT products and services.
  • Collaborate with external vendors for technology procurement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • Additional certifications (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft)
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT solutions or technical support roles
