Responsibilities

• Draft architectural proposals and contract documents.
• Design residential and commercial buildings according to client specifications.
• Oversee the management of project timelines and deliverables.
• Conduct design workshops and presentations with clients.
• Ensure that all designs abide by health and safety regulations.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance.
• Implement project management software and techniques.
• Advise clients on the best materials and design practices.
• Evaluate existing structures and provide recommendations.
• Collaborate on urban planning and land use projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Master's degree in Architecture an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in architectural design with portfolio

Technical Skills

• Building regulations knowledge
• 3D Modeling

Certifications

• Professional Architectural License

Languages

• English: Fluent
