Job Description

An Electrical Maintenance Technician is integral for maintaining and repairing electrical equipment across various settings. This role is vital in ensuring each facility operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and preventative maintenance on electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults.
• Install new electrical systems as required by projects.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
• Document and report on daily maintenance activities.
• Engage in ongoing training for system upgrades.
• Work closely with engineers for system improvements.
• Maintain an inventory of electrical supplies.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during repairs.
• Participate in team meetings for operational improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Additional certifications in specialized electrical fields are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of relevant experience

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of Electrical Schematics
