Job Description

As a Project Manager in our Johannesburg office, you will have the opportunity to lead diverse projects and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in strategizing and implementing project plans while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and plan projects aligning with business strategy.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project.
• Conduct risk assessments and create mitigation plans.
• Facilitate project team meetings to address issues.
• Coordinate project tasks and promote accountability.
• Monitor budget, scope, and timeline adherence.
• Provide leadership and motivation to project teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and performance.
• Gather project performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Assist in liaising with regulatory bodies when required.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Management or relevant discipline
• PMP or similar qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a project management role

Certifications

• PRINCE2 Certification
