Job Description

Seeking a Civil Engineer for our Cape Town office. The successful applicant will manage the design, planning, and execution of construction projects. You will ensure compliance with regulations and standards while adjusting plans based on site conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement structural designs for various infrastructure projects.
• Work closely with environmental consultants to manage sustainability aspects.
• Research and apply innovative technologies to improve project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers.
• Engage with local authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.
• Assess and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering

• Project Management
• AutoCAD

• Professional Engineer (PE) certification
