Job Description

Join our healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in Bloemfontein. You will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, conducting assessments, and developing care plans while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care and emotional support to patients.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and individualized care plans.
• Administer prescribed treatments and medications efficiently.
• Engage with families to educate and support health-related decisions.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately.
• Participate in quality control and compliance practices.
• Mentor and assist junior staff and nursing students as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Nursing or similar qualification
• Postgraduate qualification in a nursing specialty is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting
