Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems design and implementation, focusing on renewable energy projects. You will work closely with our engineering team to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical schematics and layout designs for new projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems with other disciplines.
• Review and approve electrical design documentation and specifications.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve electrical system issues during project implementation.
• Provide training and support to clients on electrical system operations.
• Participate in research and development initiatives to improve electrical engineering practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, particularly in project management
