Job Description

Join our team as a Bus Repair Supervisor and play a vital role in overseeing the repair and maintenance of our bus fleet. You'll train new staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards. Your leadership will be key in guaranteeing efficient operations and a safe environment for our passengers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair operations to ensure optimal bus performance.
  • Lead a team in identifying problems and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively to prevent downtime.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Prepare reports on maintenance activities and performance metrics.

Requirements

Education
  • National Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering
  • Certification in Automotive Diagnostic and Repair
  • Certification in Health & Safety Management
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a bus repair and maintenance supervisory role
