Responsibilities

• Handle the operation of meat grading machinery, ensuring precise grading of products.
• Maintain equipment calibration and conduct regular checks.
• Assess meat quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Diligently keep product grading records.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Notify supervisors of any technical issues or safety concerns.
• Follow established health and safety protocols.
• Work closely with production staff to optimize workflow.
• Participate in training sessions as required.
