Job Description

We are looking for a Soil and Plant Scientist to conduct research on crop protection and develop sustainable agricultural practices. The ideal candidate will have a background in agronomy or plant science and a passion for enhancing food security.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate research data to inform on agricultural best practices.
  • Mentor junior research staff in agricultural research methodologies.
  • Present research findings at industry conferences and seminars.
  • Collaborate on cross-disciplinary projects within the agricultural sector.
  • Contribute to grant applications for funding agricultural research initiatives.

Requirements

Education
  • PhD in Agronomy or Plant Science is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years experience in crop protection research and development.
