Job Description

We are looking for a talented Pen Maker to join our production team. As a Pen Maker, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and manufacturing a variety of pens. Your creativity and attention to detail will drive our mission to deliver top-notch writing instruments.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and manufacture various styles of pens.
• Operate and maintain machinery used for the production of pens.
• Select and utilize different materials to meet design and quality requirements.
• Perform quality checks on completed pens to ensure they meet standards.
• Document all production activities and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor stock levels of materials and report needs to management.
• Collaborate with marketing for product launches and promotional activities.
• Conduct training for new employees on pen creation techniques.
• Follow all workplace health and safety protocols.
• Suggest improvements for production efficiency and quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational or technical training in manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or pen-making

Technical Skills

• Machinery operation
• Material selection

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Teamwork

Certifications

• CNC machining certification is advantageous

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with CNC machining: Experience with CNC machines and automated production processes.
• Strong customer service skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers and gather feedback.
