Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Quality Assurance Tester in Gauteng, who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing efforts and mentor junior testers.
• Ensure compliance with testing standards and methodologies.
• Conduct performance testing and assess application load handling.
• Document test results and prepare detailed reports.
• Investigate issues and provide actionable recommendations to improve product quality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in QA or software testing

Technical Skills

• Performance Testing Tools (LoadRunner)
• Version Control Systems (Git)

Soft Skills

• Team Player

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Automation Framework Development: Experience in developing test automation frameworks from scratch.
