Job Description

As a Bench Grinder, you will operate and maintain grinding machines to grind and polish metal components. The successful candidate will possess strong metalworking skills and an understanding of precision tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust grinding machines for various metal components.
• Monitor robotic grinding machines for manufacturing precision.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and quick fixes on machinery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Implement improvements in grinding processes to enhance efficiency.
• Report raw material and tool requirements to relevant departments.
• Keep logs of production statistics for management review.
• Assist in organising and storing materials effectively.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
• Contribute ideas for process enhancements and workplace safety.
