Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Hoop Coiler to join our team. The Hoop Coiler will be responsible for operating and maintaining coiling machines, ensuring the efficient production of hoop products. This role requires excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain hoop coiling machinery.
• Monitor and control coiling processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to product specifications.
• Perform regular quality checks to ensure coils meet defined standards.
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions or product defects.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of coiling machinery.
• Record production data, including quantities produced and any issues encountered.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Support the implementation of lean manufacturing practices.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Technical training in manufacturing or machinery operation is preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of experience operating coiling machinery.

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• Basic mathematical skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Experience with CNC machines: Familiarity with CNC machine operations can be beneficial.
