Folder Machine Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Folder Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining folding machines, ensuring accurate and efficient production of printed materials.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machines are loaded with the correct materials for each job.
• Adjust machine settings as per the specifications for various jobs.
• Conduct quality checks on folded products before processing.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety procedures.
• Work with the quality control team to ensure all products meet company standards.

Requirements

Education

• Technical training in printing technology is a plus.

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role is advantageous.

Technical Skills

• Basic mathematical skills
• Good hand-eye coordination

Soft Skills

• Time management skills
• Physical stamina

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of quality assurance practices: Understanding QA standards relevant to printing.
