Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Process Supervisor to lead our production team in Durban. The successful candidate will enhance our manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and efficiency meet industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the production line to ensure smooth operations.
• Facilitate communication between production and management.
• Analyze production data to enhance processes.
• Identify training needs and address them.
• Ensure all machinery is maintained to industry standards.
• Lead process improvement projects.
• Report on production performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with supply chain for optimal inventory levels.
• Promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Management is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing
