We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in software testing and a passion for ensuring the highest quality products. You will work closely with development teams to identify defects early in the software development lifecycle, employing robust testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize testing tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Document results, analyze testing data, and report findings to the QA Manager.
• Engage in continuous process improvement to enhance quality standards.
• Organize and conduct user acceptance testing sessions with stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
• Advanced degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in testing web applications

Technical Skills

• Selenium
• JIRA

Soft Skills

• Critical Thinking
• Teamwork

Certifications

• ISTQB Foundation Level

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with mobile application testing: Skills in testing mobile applications on both iOS and Android platforms.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools: Experience using tools for performance and load testing.
