We are on the lookout for an experienced Financial Analyst to join our Pretoria team. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills to evaluate financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights that drive strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Conduct market research to inform financial strategies.
• Prepare financial models to predict future financial performance.
• Support the finance team in managing cash flow and working capital requirements.
• Develop recommendations for financial improvement and growth.
• Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance financial systems and reporting capabilities.
• Provide training and support to junior analysts.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
• Master's degree in Financial Management is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in corporate finance or investment analysis
