Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of design proposals.
• Lead site visits to assess project progress and compliance with design specifications.
• Provide guidance on materials and construction practices.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to meet project specifications.
• Identify potential design issues before construction starts.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all design processes and client communications.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Architecture is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of architecture experience in a similar role

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
