Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mattress Finisher to join our team. The Mattress Finisher will be responsible for finalizing the production of mattresses, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
• Test finished products for durability and comfort.
• Handle customer feedback and work on product improvements.
• Assist in maintaining machinery and work areas.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest mattress industry trends.
• Help to develop new product lines as required.

Requirements

Education

• Basic certifications in upholstery or mattress manufacturing would be advantageous.

Experience

• Experience with automated production machinery is a plus.
