We are seeking a passionate Veterinary Technician to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will assist veterinarians in providing quality care for animals, performing diagnostic tests, and maintaining medical records. Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians in surgery and other critical care procedures.
• Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Monitor and record vital signs of patients.
• Educate clients on preventative care and wellness practices.
• Assist in the implementation of clinic policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to improve workflow efficiency.
• Engage in professional development opportunities and certifications.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Science is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in veterinary medicine

• Anesthesia Monitoring

Certifications

• Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
